With this plan, you will first enjoy tea kaiseki dim sum at a chair seat. While a full-scale tea ceremony involves the serving of tea kaiseki, it is common for tea ceremonies to feature dim sum, which allows for casual enjoyment of seasonal flavors. When receiving dim sum, accept it with both hands, bow, and take your seat.

◆You can enjoy a leisurely meal and tea ceremony experience for 1 hour and 40 minutes.

The cuisine is prepared by the owner-chef, who trained at a long-established Kobe restaurant that has been in business for over 30 years, and the head chef, who trained at a venerable Japanese restaurant. The dishes served are colorful and beautifully presented, with seasonal flavors. For example, the dim sum menu includes a hearty assortment of luxurious seasonal ingredients, such as cherry snapper, cherry shrimp, grilled sesame tofu with sea urchin, and bean rice, which you can savor at your leisure.

◆Each session has a theme that you can enjoy at any time and as many times as you like.

After enjoying the dim sum and letting your tension ease, you will move to the tea room to experience a tea ceremony. The tea room, Shinshinan, which was newly built in 2020, is an authentic tea room. This plan allows you to take your time to appreciate the Sukiya-style architecture of the teahouse, as well as the hanging scrolls and flower vases displayed in the tokonoma alcove.
